Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is celebrated under the lunar calendar, and so the date in terms of the Roman calendar changes each year. This year is the year of the Rooster. As usual, we celebrated at our favourite Chinese restaurant in Brighton’s Preston Street food district. Roosters are associated with emotional volatility, but also competence and confidence.
