Wine Review: Cuvée Secrète Organic

Subtle organic red from Jean Paul Mas. Nice flavours of red and black fruit: strawberry, black cherry and plum come to mind. Also there was a savoury flavour I couldn’t quite place, something bready and toasty but not sure what. This wine had a very deep ruby colour, suggesting strong extraction of colour and long maceration.
